Sourcing

Articles are based on primary sources: the text of a judgment or order, a Press Information Bureau release, or a Bar Council of India notice. Every published article links back to that source.

How drafts are prepared

LawSaathi runs an automated monitor that watches for new judgments, PIB releases and BCI notices. When it finds one, an AI drafting assistant prepares a first-pass article summarising it in plain language. That draft is never published automatically. It lands in an internal review queue, where a human editor checks it against the source, corrects it as needed, and only then approves it for publication. Articles that don't hold up are rejected and never go live.

If you believe an article contains an error, please contact us with the article link and the correction — we review every request against the source document.
