Refund and delivery policy

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the material appears in your library, where you can read it online and download any attached file. Memberships start immediately.

Refunds

• Failed or duplicate payments: if money was deducted but the material did not reach your library, or you were charged twice, write to us within 7 days and we will either give you access or refund the amount in full.
• Single items: because digital material can be downloaded straight away, single-item purchases are not refundable once accessed, except as above.
• Memberships: you can cancel at any time and will not be charged again. If you cancel within 48 hours of your first membership payment and have not downloaded any file, we will refund that payment in full.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Write to editor@lawsaathi.com with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
