Terms of use

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of lawsaathi.com ("LawSaathi", "we") and to any notes, templates or membership you buy from us. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to them.

1. Information, not legal advice

Articles, notes and templates on LawSaathi are for information and study. They are not legal advice and do not create an advocate–client relationship. Templates must be checked and adapted to the facts of each matter and to the current law before use.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy material. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at editor@lawsaathi.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. What you can do with purchased material

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, download, print and adapt purchased material for your own study and practice. You may not resell, republish, share account access or distribute the material, in whole or in part. We may suspend access for misuse.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

5. Memberships

A membership gives access to everything marked "Included in membership" for the period you pay for, and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to editor@lawsaathi.com; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We may add or retire material during a membership.

6. Refunds and delivery

See our refund and delivery policy.

7. Changes and availability

We may update these terms or the site. Material changes to paid services will be notified on this page before they take effect.
